I am 16 months old. I am getting bigger everyday mommy says. We are still at grammie and grandpa's. Mommy says we will be here awhile.

I have 10 teeth now. 4 on top, 4 on bottom and 2 molars on the top. Everyone keeps asking mommy if i got my haircut but i didn't, it is actually getting longer. Right now they have stuck me in a rocking chair and i can't figure out how to get out so i thought i would update my blog while sitting here.

Maybe someone will help me get out in a little bit. Hmmmmmm...

Im sick.
I hate being sick, but it doesn't keep me down long. I LOVE getting into everything. hheeh.

Mommy says she thinks i am getting sick. Something about my voice is horsey? Mommy says she is getting sick too though. We have to take care of each other too she said.
Mommy said she is going to be cutting down on her hours so she can try to be a cna so she can make a better life for me. My mommy is the best to me. Now don't get me wrong, i love everyone else, but my mommy is on a whole nother level as them. I know my mommy will always be there for me. She loves me to pieces.

Mommy and I went to chicago last weekend. We rode on this thing called a trolley. It was fun but we weren't on it long before a lot of people got on it. We also rode on a thing called an EL. The train AND the bus. We had a lot of fun but it was so exshausting. Mommy didn't get a nap, but i slept for about an hour or 2 on the way home. I really like doing things with my mommy.

I am learning a lot these days. I can point some things out to you in my schoolbook. I can also look around the room and find certaint things that people ask me to find. I am trying to learn how to do it better but grammie and mommy say i have time. I like to learn. It is fun!

Grammie showed me in my schoolbook what a fire engine was. I don't have one of those. Maybe i will get one for christmas, that would be cool.

We went to the other house today and did some cleaning, i played around in something wet all over the floor and got it all over my pants. I am so exshausted so i'm going to go to bed now. Goodnight!

oh goodness.. it's been awhile since i've posted. I have just been SUPER busy. Mommy got a job near grammie's house so we moved in with her and she's always gone so I'm not allowed to use the computer when she's gone, that's part of the reason i haven't updated recently. I am also not allowed to use grammie or grandpa's computers either, so i've just been playing and getting into everything here.

I am walking all the time now too. I very rarely crawl, except when mommy wants to see me. She said I am growing up too fast and she's mad at everyone who told me to "do stuff" when i was a baby. I love my mommy.

Sometimes i miss my daddy but I am usually really busy playing that I don't think about it or i get sad. I saw him yesterday, he said i am getting big.

Well i'd better go. I have to go to bed now. Ttyl.

Mommy & I went on vacation with Grammie. I didn't like it very much. I missed my nap and didn't want to eat and all sorts of other stuff! I did have fun at some parts though. I will post pictures later.

Mommy is cleaning the house so everything is messy. She has my stuff everywhere and it's driving me nuts. I couldn't get to the window so I had to be creative and get there my own way. Mommy told me later that she snapped this picture of me *busted*, i wasn't suppose to be up on the basket getting into everything. I was hoping she wouldn't notice cause she was using the computer, but she said i was being a little too quiet in my adventures so she had to turn around and check on me. Then viola! There i was. She came and got me down, I am a pro at getting off beds and couches, but I have a little bit of a problem getting off of stuff like this. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted!

I miss my Grammie, Grandpa, Uncle Caleb and Uncle Adam... Mommy says they are on vacation but she said she was talking to grandpa today and that he said hi to me.. I waved to him but he didn't wave back. I saw his picture in this box thing and mommy pointed out that it was him, so i waved again, but he didn't wave back. I was sad and made mommy get off the computer to comfort me.
When will they be back mommy?

I'm walking now... i just started tonight, so i'm a little bit rocky. Mommy and daddy were SOOOO estatic. They were saying yay and clapping and everything. I was just like "whatever" and continued about my business. hehehe. I played with my ball for a little bit longer, before it was time for bed. Daddy says i'm all growed up, i'm still a little boy though. There's a lot that i can't do, but I AM growing up. It's fun sometimes, but sometimes it's not. Well, i have to go to bed. See ya!

Mommy is so silly, she puts me on the pillow and calls it my boat. She says the floor is the ocean and I can't fall off my boat into it. I LOVE playing this game with mommy. It's fun. Sometimes i roll off my boat into the ocean and mommy and daddy save me from the sharks and the sea creatures.

We went to the pier the other night and we saw these things mommy and daddy called "fireworks"... they were very intriguing. At first I was a little unsure, but then I wasn't so bothered by them. It was fun spending time with mommy and daddy and uncle caleb. Mommy took pictures of my reaction for me to share with you.

I am okay, I just have a little red mark on my leg and my arm is fine.
Mommy and Daddy said we get to go see Uncle Caleb tomorrow and that maybe we can see these things called fireworks tomorrow night with him. I'm not too sure about that, mommy says it might be too loud for me and Grammie said she would watch me if mommy and daddy wanted to take Uncle Caleb, but Hm... decisions, decisions. WHY must getting older be so difficult?!

Tonight, I tried to be a big boy and get the food off the table by myself. I wanted to help mommy eat, but it didn't work so well. The food was really hot and when I grabbed it, the mashed potato's fell all over my arm and my leg.
I didn't really cry that bad, but it hurt so i made this pain sound so mommy knew, right away she scooped me up, threw a handful of the potato's off of my arm and ran me to the bathroom. She turned the cold water on to cool the burn, cause that's how she knew to treat it. Daddy came in and got the potato's off my leg, mommy didn't know they were on there. They took my clothes off me and daddy put some soothing burn cream on me and mommy held me for awhile telling me it was okay. Daddy cleaned up the mess and then I got down to play. Poor mommy had potato's alllll over her leg from when she grabbed the handful off my arm.
I am okay, I have a couple red marks on my leg and one on my arm, but mommy and daddy said there weren't blisters and that the marks should be gone tomorrow.
I was fine to play and to keep getting into stuff that I shouldn't. I am a little daredevil and like to test my boundries. Mommy says i am "all boy" and sighs. hehehheehe she is so funny!!!

Grammie came to see me and mommy on saturday. We had a lot of fun. We went to a lot of places and I saw a lot of people. We forgot to take pictures though. Mommy even brought her camera, but she forgot. Her and grammie were too busy telling me i'm so cute =). My grammie is my favorite!

I had to go to the dr today, i had to get shots, but i like my new dr. she's nicer, way nicer than that other guy i use to go see.

Dearest Jude, I can't believe it's been a year since I gave birth to you. I miss you being itty bitty but love love love watching you getting older and excelling in everything you do. I hope that you had a good birthday and have many many more to come. I love you. Happy Birthday Baby Boy!!!

It's my 1st birthday. I'm not having a lot of fun today. It was raining all morning and i've been such a grouch. I hope tomorrow at my party is better.

I am busy these days... i have to drive mommy crazy you know?

I like to pull all my books off the shelves, throw my stuff on the floor and across the room, throw temper tantrums for no reason, scream myself to sleep, climb into boxes and baskets of stuff that mommy has to get rid of, pull clothes out of the baskets and so much more!!!

Mommy says im all boy. hehehehe

ohhhh goodness... i had SOOO much cake and icecream and food yesterday at grammies birthday that my tummy is jus kill in me!

I climbed up grammie's stairs ALL BY MYSELF though and took 2 steps. Everyone was so excited and i was just like... uhhh okay!

Mommy says i'm losing my voice, something about it being raspy?

She said it would figure that i would get sick right before the birthdays. Grammie's birthday is next saturday and then mine is 6 days later. I don't know what Grammie is doing for her birthday, but mommy is going to help me make her something special.

Mommy says Grammie needs to tell us what she is doing, i hope she is gonna have cake and icecream, that means i would get cake and icecream 2 times in 1 week! Oh boy! I hope Grammie will get presents, Mommy says I will. I still don't really know about these birthday things, but they sound tons of fun.

I hope that i'm not sick on my birthday. That would make me sad, but i would still try to have fun with my Grammie, Grandpa, and Uncle Caleb when they come see me. Mommy says she thinks Uncle Erich will be here too. I am so excited, I like uncle Erich, he gives me new foods to try that i like, hehe, he is funny.

OKay well mommy wants me to help her make dinner after i play with my toys for a little bit, so i'd better get off here. Till next time, bye!!! *waves*

My mommy is sick, she has something called kidney stones, so i have been taking care of her.

After my grandma and auntie left i was so exshausted from not having napped for a couple days, that mommy and i cuddled in bed for the whole day, i like cuddling with my mommy she's nice and warm and cozy.

Mean mean teeth!!! i am suppose to be having a really good week.

Getting to spend time with mommy and daddy. Getting to meet my grandma and auntie sheila for the first time. Cooking out tomorrow. Mommy says pictures on wednesday. Thursday grammie is babysitting me and friday we get to go play with Ian. So WHY do my teeth have to decide to come in this week???!?! this is soooo frustrating. I am so cranky and stuffy in my nose, i just want my mommy all the time. I hope that i feel better tomorrow. I don't want to be a fussy butt all week while my grandma and auntie are here =(

I can climb up on the couch all by myself now. Mommy says she doesn't like it, but i think it's soooo much fun. I am too fast for her to get a picture or a video, but she says she will try for you all later.

My Daddy tells me I get to meet my Grandma and Auntie Sheila in a couple days. This is making me curious.

I am talking a lot, sometimes mommy and daddy know what i'm saying and other times they don't.

We went for a walk the other day and i saw a doggie, so i said doggie. Mommy was estatic! She kept saying " he said doggie, he said doggie" Daddy said " i know i believe you" and i just laughed.

Mommy and Daddy are SOOO silly!

Today we went to the park, it was my first time at the park and i wasn't too sure what was going on. I didn't like the swing so much and the slide i really needed daddy's help to go on. He helped me go down, but there were some little girls playing on it too so i didn't get to go on a lot. I played in the sand too, i liked it but i didn't have any toys and no one offered to let me play with theirs cause they were older. Mommy told daddy they should get me some toys for the sand, i think that's a good idea!!!

When we came home, i was so hot that mommy took off my clothes and let me crawl around. I decided to try and get in the basket to get the picture mommy hasn't hung back up yet, It's my mission to get this picture, but i failed =(... I got stuck in the basket AND my diaper came off. Mommy thought it was hillarious, me... not so much. Uncle adam came out and saved me and gave me to mommy to give me a new diaper.


OH and by the way!!! I am 11 Months old today, 1 more month till i am a year old. 1 month till i get cupcakes mommy says!!!

i helped mommy take tape off her box of fabric today... she went to get the camera to take a picture but i followed her.. Lately i have been wanting to sleep with my mommy and daddy because it's cold in our house. Mommy is trying to leave me in my bed to let me cry it out she says this is better for me, but i don't like it, AT ALL!

i should really update more often.. Lately i have just been helping mommy clean the house by pulling things out off shelves and piles of things she has to put away. It's fun helping mommy. hehehehe. I have also had a lot of fun playing with mommy lately. She says i'm silly.

Okay Grammie!!!

Grammie keeps telling mommy to let me update my blog with a new picture. Mommy got a new computer though and i'm not allowed to touch it so I have to wait to use the broken one. Plus, i've been super busy driving mommy crazy, hehehe... Here is a new picture that Mommy took when we were at uncle erich's when he had a booboo.

I am 10 months old..
My mommy took me to the dr today, we don't really like him cause he doesn't really do anything. He said i was fine though.. I am NOT fine, my teeth are coming in and it huuuuuurts. It makes me really cranky and tired and sad.
Mommy is excited for my birthday party, but i still dont know what that is. She says i get cupcakes though.. I like cupcakes so it's okay. I will write back some other day.

i've been feeling really icky.. mommy thinks that i have ear infections again so she made me a drs appt for monday. I have more teeth that came in and mommy says i look goofy, i like them.. i can bite stuff and tear with them. Daddy calls me toofer. Hehe.
I don't have any pics of the teeth yet, but i DO have pictures from Easter sunday. Look!

Last night mommy gave me this thing called a sippy cup. She said i'm suppose to start learning how to drink out of this because I'm getting to be a big boy.. I think this sippy cup because it's soft and i can get stuff out of it, but mommy has 2 sippy cups that i don't like cause i can't get anything out. Mommy says she will probably get me more of this kind cause it's easier for me to learn with. But does that mean i can't have my ba's anymore???

Also, Yesterday, Uncle Adam decided that he wanted to do my hair. My hair is getting long and he thinks mommy and daddy need to cut it soon, Mommy says NO WAY, and Uncle adam says boys aren't suppose to have long hair. Mommy likes my hair cause i have curlers in the back she says. Oh, here is the picture of uncle adam's hairstyle on me. Mommy and daddy can't get it to go down now. Maybe when I get my bath it will.

Mommy says i should put this picture on my blog cause i am "so dang cute" hehe.

Boy oh Boy, Mommy wears me OUT!!

Mommy had a bunch of errands to run today. I was getting cranky and telling mommy a story. She called Grammie to tell her something that I did (Mommy had a booboo on her hand that i kissed to make all better) and I fell asleep listening to her voice. Mommy's voice is so soothing. It always puts me to sleep.
So, I fell asleep and mommy told Grammie that it was so cute the way I passed out, so Grammie asked mommy to take pictures. These are for the books she said!

Lollipop!

Mommy let me try a lollipop the other day, it was inside this thing called an Easter Egg that I was playing with.. She only let me have a few licks cause she said the sugar was bad for me, but ooo i can't wait till i'm older and can have lollipops all the time!

Mommy Says...

Mommy says that she loves me with all her heart, soul, and mind. Daddy says he loves me more than that! Everyone loves me, it's so good to be loved.
Mommy says that i am the love of her life. I love my mommy.

Teeth

I have 3 more teeth coming in. It is REALLY NOOOOT FUN! the 2 top ones and the other bottom one. Luckily for me, mommy says it's better that they all come in at once so i don't have to keep going through this hurt stuff. It makes me really cranky and i can't sleep. =( I wish they'd come in already... This growing up stuff isn't fun sometimes.

Out on the Town

Yesterday Daddy took me and mommy with him to downtown where he works. We had lunch there and icecream! I love icecream. I had to ride in that thing with daddy because mommy's back hurts to carry me in it. Daddy and I were really uncomfortable, but we had tons of fun. It was nice not having hands around me.

After a long day of walking around, going to Daddy's work and his school. I was really tired, so I fell asleep on mommy while i was looking out the window when we were on our way home.

But of course, I must go now cause it's getting to be my naptime and mommy doesn't want me on the computer anymore. =o)

Mommy can't find her digital camera so she can only use her cell phone to get video and pictures of me until she can get a new camera. It's okay that she uses her phone, but i like to grab it sometimes.

Mommy took this picture of me in my box car... She said every little boy needs a box car, so she let me in it and dragged me around the living room. It was really fun!

I'm 9 months old!!!

Yesterday I turned 9 months old. Mommy got sad because she says i'm growing up way too fast. She says she needs to start planning my birthday party soon so that everyone can be there.
I still don't know what a birthday is, but on mommy's birthday I got to see grammie and eat real people food and had icecream, so i liked it.
And mommy got these things called presents.. Will i get those too?
Anyway, life is good. I am still getting into everything and i love to sing. It is so much fun!

Yesterday Mommy, daddy and I went on the choo choo train to go see grammie, grampie and uncle caleb. We had a lot of fun. Grammie made us lunch AND dinner. Daddy let me try cheddar sausage and pork roast. Mmmmmmm I looooooooove real food. Of ccourse I got frustrated cause I wanted to feed myself, so grandpa gave me "the look" and then i was cooperative.
Mommy and daddy are trying to clean the house today, but i'm busy getting in their way. hehehe. Go me!!
Alright, that's all for now. I have to take my nap cause i am super grouchy!

What a week

I have been sick all week. Mommy had to take me to the ER the other day cause I had a really high fever, 102.5. The dr told mommy i have an ear infection and they gave her some medicine to give me. Daddy and mommy try giving me the medicine. Sometimes i let them with no problem, but sometimes i just don't want it so i fight them.
Mommy and uncle adam were sick too. We all are coughing and feel yucky. Daddy somehow managed to not get sick.
I have missed writing on my blog, I like to try to climb up to mommy and daddy when they are on the couch. I like to feed myself when I eat now too. Mommy has a hard time trying to feed me baby food with a spoon because I swat at her to let me do it myself.
Mommy and daddy say i can't pull hair, hit, or scratch cause it's not nice. I think it's fun, but i dont know any better yet. That's why they're teaching me.
I have to go now though, mommy has to email everyone and remind them to come to my blog and read how i'm doing.
Oh yeah, before I go.. Gramma B. made me 3 more hats to wear. They are soo neat. Thank you gramma.

My play day with Ian

Today I went with mommy to babysit Ian, Ian is 17 months old but i'm almost as big as him.
We had a fun time playing, we're buddies now. That's a picture of us in our jammies and me clapping. Mommy got video yesterday, but she hasn't uploaded it yet. She says she will soon.

I told Ian how to play with my jitterbug and he was so good at making it make the noises! I can't wait till i'm big like he is.

Mommy told Ian to give me a hug, he kind of choked me so mommy told him to let go. He didn't know that when i was pushing him off me that it meant he was hurting me. He's still too young, like me.
We had a great time talking to each other and playing, but we had to call our girlfriends on my cell phone. We talked to them for a little bit, but they had to go shopping.So then we talked about how pretty they were and played some more. Ian showed me his dance moves and I showed him mine. Even though I couldn't leave the couch cause then I would have fallen.

All in All it was a good day. I had woken up at 630 this morning to go with mommy and I missed my nap, so by the time we were done i was sooooooooo exshausted! I fell asleep on the way home and then took a 2 hour long nap when we got home. Now i'm gonna play the rest of the day till daddy puts me down for a nap.

Mommy taught me to clap. It's so much fun. I don't have any pictures yet cause mommy says I wiggle too much to get a good one, so as soon as she can get a good one we will post one here.

Mommy let me try eggs tonight and i love them! I also got to try pasta again and i like that too, just not as much as i like the eggs though. She even let me try to feed myself, which was messy.
For dinner I had carrots and eggs and pasta.. Mmmmmmm yum!

Hi Grammie!

Grammie asked Mommy why I hadn't blogged lately. I've been busy! I am tryin out my crawling, my standing, my climbing on everyone and everything and getting into as much as I possibly can!
I keep asking daddy to email Grandma B and ask her to make me a new hat like the one she made me for christmas, only a little bigger cause i'm outgrowing the one she made me and I'd like to have one in green.
Mommy says it's special just for me and that it's going to go in my keepsake box for me to look at when i'm older.
I am going to take a nap now, i'm exshausted from playing!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Mommy says to tell you Happy Valentine's Day! I don't know what that is, but mommy says when i get older I will and it will be fun. She Says we will make goodies and all sorts of great stuff. She also asked me to be her Valentine. I think I said yes cause she gave me lots of kisses. I don't know what all this mumbo jumbo is. Someone will tell me when I'm older right? Okay well I need to go give my mommy hugs and tell her I love her now. Bye bye!

My First Post

Mommy wanted me to have my own site to share with our family and friends, that she would actually update, so she let me have this site. I will tell you all my new skills and moods here. I will also show you pictures and videos. It will be so much fun!

This week I learned to crawl. It's fun getting into everything, but mommy and daddy don't let me explore as much as i'd like to. I've bumped my head a couple times. That hurts but daddy says if i bump my head then I will learn to not do that thing again. I love my daddy.

I have a tooth trying to come in. It makes me very cranky and i drool alot. Mommy and Daddy do their best to comfort me, but it hurts so much sometimes. It makes my naps shorter than I'd like them to be, I wonder if the tooth will ever come out.

Mommy and Daddy bought me a crib a couple weeks ago. It is white and I like to climb up on the rails and drool over the side. I also like to shake the railing and try to get out. It is so much fun. I get to stand up all on my own, except sometimes I get a little scared and need mommy or daddy to take me out, but i love my crib!

I hope that you will visit me often and leave me comments. Mommy said she might keep this blog for a long time so I can see it when I actually know how to read. Kind of like an online scrapblog she says. That would be so much for for me when i'm older.
Please be nice to me though, afterall, I am just a baby and need love and attentions.
